How
Taken
Endep comes as a tablet to take orally. The general dosage for it is 1–4
times daily. It may be taken with or without a meal. For best effect
Endep should be taken regularly for a couple of weeks. Even you feel
better do not stop taking Endep without your doctor`s approval. If you
have been taking Endep in large doses or for a long time, your doctor
will most likely want to gradually lower your dose before you stop
taking Endep. Do not take more or less of this drug, than your doctor
has prescribed to you.
Missed
Dose
If you miss a dose take it as soon as you remember. However if it is
almost time for the next dose, skip the Missed Dose and continue your
regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a
missed one.
Storage
Keep the product away heat, moisture and light. The temperature should
be between 59–86F (15–30 C). Make sure children cannot reach it.

You may need a dosage adjustment or special monitoring during treatment
or you may not be able to take this drug at all if you have kidney or
liver infection or if you have gastrointestinal problems. Endep interact
with the following products– phenytoin (Dilantin); tamoxifen (Nolvadex);
tolbutamide (Orinase); torsemide (Demadex); fluvastatin (Lescol); a
blood thinner such as warfarin (Coumadin), heparin, ardeparin
(Normiflo), dalteparin (Fragmin), danaparoid (Orgaran), enoxaparin
(Lovenox), or tinzaparin (Innohep); (Activase), anistreplase (Eminase),
dipyridamole (Persantine), streptokinase (Kabikinase, Streptase),
ticlopidine (Ticlid), and urokinase (Abbokinase). Patients taking the
above mentioned drugs should consult a doctor concerning the dosage and
possibility of Endep usage.
Warnings/Precautions
Endep may cause dizziness or lightheadedness. These effects may worsen
if Endep is taken with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Endep Tablets
with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until
you know how you react to this drug. Do not eat grapefruit or drink
grapefruit juice while you take Endep Tablets. Proper dental care is
important while you are taking Endep Tablets. Brush and floss your teeth
and visit the dentist regularly. If your symptoms do not improve or if
they worsen, contact your doctor. Endep should be used only by the
patient for whom it has been prescribed. Do not take less or more or
take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.

Possible
Side Effects
